Labor Support • Childbirth Education • Postpartum Support

Through four in-person childbirth education sessions, we will work together to develop a birth plan that is just right for you. My childbirth education course includes signs of labor starting, special circumstances, labor comfort techniques, and baby care basics. You will have full access to my resource list; and together, we will build your pregnancy and labor support team. We will make sure that you and your partner (if you have one) know what to expect during your labor.

I am here for you through every step of your labor. I believe that all birth is natural birth, and my role is simply to advocate for your preferences, help you ask questions that bring you clarity, and help integrate your birth team into your labor process. Whether your birth is medicated or unmedicated, cesarean or vaginal, in hospital, birth center, or at home, I will make sure you are supported, heard, and nourished throughout your labor and in the hours directly after.

We work together to make sure you have the support you need in the days, weeks, and months following your labor. Together, we will gather your postpartum support team and get honest about what and who can best support you in your fourth trimester. Some referrals I can provide are: postpartum doulas, lactation consultants, meal prep and ideas, and how your friends and family can support you during this transition.
